Criteria:
The Army Exceptional Civilian Service Award Medal is given to employees of the U.S. Army by assessing contributions against the following levels of achievement:
•Achieving assigned duties of major program significance in such a way as to have been overtly exceptional or preeminent among all persons who have completed similar duties.
•Developing and enhancing major methods and procedures, developing important inventions, or being responsible for exceptional accomplishments that affected large-scale savings or were of great value in advancing the missions of Department of the Army, Department of Defense and the Federal Government.
•Exhibiting great courage and voluntary risk of life in performing an act concluding in direct benefit to the Government of its members.
•Supplying outstanding leadership to the administration of major Army programs producing highly successful mission achievements or in the major redirection of objectives or achievements to meet distinctive or emergency situations.

Approval and VAT
Approval of the sale of the bid is subject to supplier approval.
No VAT will be applied to the final auction price.
Administration fees:
Administration fees will be applied on each lot sold on 101bids.com amounts in AED.
1 to 500. 15%.
500 to 1000 10%.
1000 to 2000 7%
2000 to own words 5%.
You must complete payment and collection of the Lot within 48 hours from the time of auction’s conclusion.
To be sold as is where 101bids.com has no responsibility and you must inspect the lot before bid.
Return & Refunds

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

Asset Delivery and Transfer
The buyer must receive the assets anchored in the auction within 3 working days.
Failure to receive the assets will result in the transfer of the assets to 101bids.com with transfer fees and fines incurred for lack of receipt for a maximum period of 7 days.
In the case of non-receipt, the assets will be sold to cover the fees and expenses incurred from the transfer and delay fines.
If you have offers for the products you want to buy, make a bid first then make an offer a little bit higher than your bid.
If you win as per the bidding amount we will consider the bidding amount for your product
If anyone else bids on the same product your offer will be higher than the bidding amount you will be considered as a winner.
